How to order a Hypernode for Dutch customers
Our Dutch customers can easily upgrade a trial into a paid hosting plan via their Service Panel. Do you want to order a paid hosting plan right away? Please check the information on our Dutch website.
How to order a Hypernode for non-Dutch customers
Situation 1: I do not have a free trial
If you do not not have a ordered a Hypernode trial yet, please order one via our website Hypernode.com. Only trials can be upgraded to a paid hosting plan. How to order a trial:
- Go to our website and request a trial
- A customer account will be created, make sure you set a password for your account (you will receive an email)
- Migrate your shop to Hypernode and start testing
Take the steps below if you want to upgrade your trial.
Situation 2: I have an active trial
Do you have an active trial which you want to upgrade to a paid hosting plan? In order to process your order we need current credit card information. Submit your credit card details first, then contact our support team.
Step 1: Enter your credit card details
The first thing we ask you to do is to update your credit card details in your customer account as we will charge your credit card on a monthly basis. Please take the following steps:
- Log on to your customer portal via my.hypernode.com
- Select the Billing Portal in the drop-down menu in the right-hand corner
- Then select Payment Methods
- Enter your credit card details and save all information
Step 2: Contact support
Let us know which Hypernode plan you would like to order. An overview of all our hosting plans including specs and prices can be found on Hypernode.com. In need for some honest advice? Do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to help.
As we need to verify your request, we ask you to send your email via the email address mentioned in your customer account and also make sure we can reach you by phone. We will call you on the number mentioned in your customer account.
I see no option to upgrade my trial?
Please check first if you have submitted your credit card details. It is not possible to upgrade without a credit card as it is the only payment method we accept.
